When considering the construction of a new building, the extension or reconstruction of an existing building, or the demolition of a building as a property owner, it is advisable to follow the guidelines. At the bottom of this page, we outline the main stages of the construction process to help you plan your construction work. Although the property owner may engage various specialists and/or contractors in the construction process, it is important to remember that the property owner assumes full responsibility from start to finish. It is definitely worth familiarizing yourself with the Construction Law, which provides a detailed description of the owner’s obligations.
